Current Services and Supports
Residential Services
We provide residential services to individuals that are on the DD waiver. We specialize in providing services for individuals that require a high level of care due to behavioral needs. We have homes that can accommodate an apartment setting for individuals looking to live in a space of their own but have on-site support. We also have various wheelchair accessible homes. We offer respite care services for those in need. Most of our residential care homes are located in Arapahoe County.
Family Caregiver Services
We serve families using the Family Caregiver model that is offered to individuals on the DD waiver. Our program is built to make the process easy for families caring for others in their home. We provide 24/7 support to our families. We are flexible with our schedules to accommodate the needs of our families. We do not use online software for documentation which we find most appealing to those looking into Family Caregiver services. We currently serve Arapahoe County, Adams County, Denver County, Douglas County, Elbert County, Jefferson County and Morgan County.
Respite Services
We are currently providing respite care services to those on the SLS waiver. We have certified providers that currently have openings to help families in need of a break. Currently most of our homes are in Arapahoe County.
Supported Community Connection
Our supported community connections program focuses on ensuring our individuals have opportunities to integrate with community members while building social skills. Our activities will be community based, and person centered to ensure all interests are accommodated. Collaborative Residential Services currently provides SCC services to individuals and families residing in the Arapahoe County, Douglas County, and Denver County area.
