On average it takes about 2 weeks to complete the process. 

All providers must have the following training to complete the certification process,

2. CPR First Aid
3. Crisis Intervention
4. Person Centered 
5. MANE 
6. HIPPA 
7. Confidentiality 
8. Incident Reporting
9. Abuse Neglect Training
10. Mandatory Reporting Client Rights

Yes, we do offer training in some areas that are required. We also have partnered up with Relias Academy they offer training at a reasonable price. Please follow the link to sign up for the required classes.

Yes, a provider can be certified with multiple agencies. However, keep in mind that it is important to communicate with all team members involved including other PASA's and CCB's prior to placing clients together. 

There are many factors that going into matching a client with a provider. The client's needs are the first thing we look at. We look at previous training and experience you as a provider might have. We look at the make-up of the home, for example who lives in the home, what is the layout of the home, where is it located, do the providers work outside of the home. Our goal at CRS is to ensure that the placement is appropriate for all parties involved to avoid any disruption.
